Dr. Gregg Wright is an Industrial and Organizational Psychologist with over 17 years in the learning and development sector, and currently serving as the Chief Learning Officer and CEO of Chief Learning Architects.

Throughout his career, he has specialized in bridging the gap between human behavior and organizational performance, leveraging deep expertise in adult learning principles, Lean Six Sigma methodologies, and agentic AI to transform corporate training into strategic assets.

From spearheading enterprise-wide LMS implementations and building data-driven ROI dashboards to mentoring the next generation of psychologists as an adjunct professor at Purdue University, he is dedicated to cultivating high-performance cultures and creating innovative learning pathways that empower every employee to reach their full potential.
